I can't express enough how much this newsletter means to me, how much you mean to me. Whether you read every morning, watch the videos on social media, or stop me in person to tell me you didn't know half of what was happening in town until Sunland came along, it all matters.

Just looking back at the year, this is 100% my proudest moment. Speaking at Indian River State College about Sunland News, about what we're building, where we're going, answering tough questions from the minds of tomorrow. This was an amazing experience, and I want to continue doing stuff like this moving forward.
