🏘️ Main Squeeze: Your Turn to Shape Lincoln Park's Future

I went to the Old St. Anastasia presentation at the Riverwalk recently and I'm really glad I did. Got to meet the architectural team and see what they're thinking for the old building.
The Options: They showed a couple different concepts ranging from an amphitheater with space for pop-up markets all the way to fully built-out retail locations. Pretty fascinating to see what could happen there.
Lincoln Park Workshop Wednesday: If you're interested in this kind of thing, there's another workshop coming up. The Fort Pierce Redevelopment Agency is hosting a Lincoln Park Community Master Plan workshop February 25, 5:30 to 7:30 PM at the Lincoln Park Community Center, 1306 Avenue M.
This is the first of three workshops, and I've been hearing really good things. The city is looking for input on what Lincoln Park can be. Not just one area, but the whole corridor. Avenue D, all the areas in Lincoln Park.
What's on the table: Infill and affordable housing opportunities, streetscape improvements, tree canopy enhancements, upgrades to parks and public facilities, strategies for new investment along Avenue D.
Why it matters: I appreciate these workshops because they let you dream and imagine what the city might become.

Had an amazing time over the weekend at Art and Vinyl Night with the Midnight Panthers Running Club Collective. It was amazing. There were some live performances, a little bit of music listening. Anything that the Midnight Panthers Running Club does, I love. And this is event was an amazing time!
